can i make an ifo and bup files to movie which dont have it ?

can i save this concert i have which has no ifo or bup files for the main movie ?

Who is what

VTS_02_0 (mpeg) ???

Put all the vob's for the title clip into a folder , and use ifoedit to regenerate new ifo's and bup's for it .
Use the "get vts sector's" when done .

The only issue is you wont have information related to the audio and subtitle's that may be included .
