Sorry this originally was in the wrong section because it wouldnt let me post here yesterday and the other one no one even noticed it.
I tried timewarping (goldwave) the audio source but there has to be another equation to it because
it didnt work. I'm missing something could I get some help? I saw the guide to convert pal to ntsc audio and ntsc audio to pal and I have done that before and that has worked. But this is just really different and I dont know what to do. IF there is a way to reencode this audio file with goldwave and fix the problem please help me.

Hi-
Are these the same video, just one at 23.976fps and the other at 29.97fps? And do you know the lengths of the 2 videos? And are they identical, or very similar, with one maybe having a different logo than the other? And if the answers are yes, then why do you have to do anything to the audio? -
I'm still not sure 100 percent if they are the same length but, at first the audio is like 1 second ahead but then later on its in sync. I think they are different length because if the fps is higher then video length is higher right?
I don't know why it would be out of sync for the first part then get into sync. I might have to delete a second off the first part to get it in sync then add other second later to get the part in sync. So what do you think? -
Like manono said all I had to do was get the video lengths identical , there wasnt a problem with the audio getting behind worse and worse as the movie got along. It was just out of sync by a couple of seconds all the way through the video. So I had to add 2 seconds of audio silence in the beginning to make it catch up.
