Following advice received so far from here, to try and improve the skipping, nano-second freezing 'juddering' I am experiencing with my AVI to DVD convertions with ConvertXtoDVD I decided to try The FlimMachine with Cinema Craft Encoder SP.
I followed the instructions off the TFM website, very easy to follow, and all began well.
After instructing it to make DVD I left the process running with the audio transcoding....when I returned a couple of hours later TFM had closed and CCE was open with a small TFM file in it with options to Encode or exit. It completed the encoding in 10mins and in my output folder where an whole aray of files and folders, but nothing resembling a VOB, or a 800MB file etc.
What might have gone wrong?
