Making animation with Movie maker by assembling single pictures, running the movie shows slow like slowmotion. please make suggestions what is the problem? or if there is a better program or way to do this? Thanks

You probably need to change the default Picture Duration.
Go to Tools/Options...
Change the value for Picture Duration. Note, the lowest value is 0.125s, which will give you a max frame rate of 8 frames per second.
However, you can also apply a Speed Up video effect, which doubles the frame rate. So, you could create the basic animation at 0.125s per frame, then, in a new project, import the animation and apply the Speed Up effect.John Miller
