    what is the best way to convert a dvd-ms file from windows media center to a file like iso or ini or another kind of file to be able to put on a dvd.

    Here's the easiest. You can test the trial version. It's only $30, quite good, and requires almost no techie skills. Read the reviews, lotsa people love it. It puts a little banner in the corner of the DVD until you buy it, but you can still test how well the thing works.
