Newbie-Creating chapters in NVE 3

I have been using NVE for a couple of years to encode my video to DVD and it has worked ok for me. However, the DVDs will not fast forward, pause or rewind. I tried having NVE create chapters for me. Someone told me that would work but each chapter is on the menu page. Sometimes I may burn more that one video on a DVD and then then menu shows every chapter of every video. I just want to show the button to play the movie and then be able to fast forward, pause, and rewind with out all of the chapters on the menu page. Does anyone know how to do that with NVE 3? I'm sure it's something simple that I'm missing. Thanks for your help.

You post is rather confusing. Create your own chapters it's faster. As far as your menus there are Title and chapter menus. Tell Nero Title menus only.
