    Hi Guyz - Another faltering newbie needing help

    I have a video file its in m2v format
    I have an audio file - speech over recorded in adobe audition saved as 48k 16 bit stereo -i believe in pcm format

    using tmpgenc plus >mpeg tools - I am tryin to mux them together. I load thevideo - ok But when o load the audio it says -

    'multiplexing linear PCM stream to system stream is not supported'

    can anyone advise where I am goin wrong OR advise me on what to do

    You can't multiplex mpeg and wav pcm to a mpg file using tmpgenc.

    Are you going to make a dvd ? then use an authoring software that supports video and audio streams separate like tda. If not convert the wav pcm to mpa or ac3 audio using ffmpeggui, belight or daudiok and then mux to a mpg.

    Thanx for prompt response - I tried TDA bu there was no audible sound to be heard - Just tried it again after reading your reply and now there is - quirky or what?
