to convert quicktime to mpg i need to put a vfp file in the tempgenc folder
i have the vfp file but cant find the tempgenc folder
can anyone tell where i can find it

LOL, sorry but that is a pretty funny question. Wherever you inzipped TEMPGENC is where you will find the folder. If you still don't know, use find and search for folders.

To answer your question:
If you can run TMPGENC then you had it in your PC.
If you can run it, at least you can find its icon
Right click the TMPGENc icon (on Desktop or menu bar in programs)
select Properties, in SHORTCUT tab you see TARGET
that is where you TMPGENC is stored.
This applied with any exec icon .
