I like the fact that they are more water resistant and apparently, judging by the review, more glossy than the regular ones (which I just ran out of - they aren't glossy at all - although were ok).

    The other option:

do you think the first one's are worth the extra money? I'm considering them, but I wanted to get other opinions.

    Thanks.

I guess that depends on if you're planning on getting the discs wet or not...Seriously, if you think you'll need the water resistance, go for it. The second link is for 8x discs so for a more "complete" comparison I think you'd want to check out these as the alternative.

Yes they are a waste of money.
All printables are a waste of money because printing
DVD's or CD's is a waste of money.

C'mon heck: printables are soooo pretty LOL

After getting the settings dialed in, I'd bet many couldn't spot a well printed TY from the original.

Except for that lovely blue tint on the business end/side...
I'll stick to my Sharpies....HP ink carts(with the built in replacement printer heads) are expensive enough printing my custom covers for my VHS to DVD creations....all 10 of them....
