Ok, I have this anime I want to cut up into chunks no bigger than 36mb and 7 minutes in length. Only thing I'm using is virtualdub. Is there something else I should be using ? I can cut up the video myself but, can someone give me what the settings I should be using? I have no issue with lowering audio quality, I'd like to change my with and height to 240x160.
170mb
width 640
height 352
duration 23:19
bitrate 127kbps
audio format M-peg layer-3
Framerate 23/sec
date rate 124kbps
videocompression XVID

1) Put both audio and video into Direct Stream Copy mode.
2) Use the Mark-in and Mark-out tools to mark a section. Mark only at keyframes.
3) Save as AVI.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you've saved all sections.
