    I have a .sub subtitle file that is in perfect sync with movie "A".
    I use Subtitle Workshop, I open this .sub file, and then I just Save As "SubRip" to get an .srt file (which is compatible with DVD Lab).

    This srt file is out of sync. How can this be possible?? What shall I do to use this subtitle file?

    I think you need to specify the correct frame rate for a text .sub to srt in Subtitle Workshop. Use same fps as the source video file.
