hi is there any way to make a german xvid have english audio thanks for any help.

You need to acquire an English audio track for the same film, preferably taken from the same print and same format (i.e. PAL or NTSC). It is then a simple matter to change them over using something like virtualdubmod.
If you cannot get an English audio track from the same format or print then you will have deal with possible audio sync issues as well.Read my blog here.

It's probably much easier to get the whole video in your desired language than finding just the audio.

Is it originallly a German video/movie or dubbed into German?
If the former, you could add subtitles.
Open Subtitles is a good site to check.
