    I know i can Rip to ISO then edit the ISO and save the ISO but it stands to figure that these other programs will rip only the movie to another DVD.

    If you must rip the main movie only to an ISO then DVD Shrink will do it for you. I'm not sure if DVDFab Decrypter can rip to ISO but it will definitely rip main movie only.
