hello, i'm new to these forums and new to this whole scene, i have a problem which is really really really getting too me, i have to dvd rw's here with important footage i need to edit, i am using adobe premiere for the editing however when i import the vob files, it just crashes, i managed to get 1 outta the 4,...so then i used dvd decrypter and put the vob files onto my HD, and then tried adding them into adobe premiere, and still crashed, so then i tried using dvd2avi to convert the files and then add them, but the file wouldnt convert, i'd click start, it would say finish, so then i tried another program to convert them, and still didnt work, the dvd's play fine in ANY dvd player, they dont seem scratched or anything, i tried cleaning them, and i also tried on a different laptop and still crashed, ANY HELP PLEASE!!!?!?!

Try FixVTS to clean up the files, then VOB2MPG to demux them. VOBs are not intended for editing, and contain a lot of data other than video and audio. Get the footage out of them and edit just that instead.
