    has a 4.7gbdvdr have the capacity of 4.7gb or what it says when i insert a blank in primodvd and it says available space 4.489gb.also i am using rempeg2 to downsixe movie .vob files but it will take 40hrs to downsample 4hrs to 56% is there any equipment that does this quicker and retains the same quality as rempeg2 or better,thanks for any help
