DV to Divx 6.4

Hi!
I have a so ugly problem.
I encode a DV film using divx 6.4 and when there are dark scenes you can see some white points around image and more... Why??? Whats the problem??? i dont understand.
I use VirtualDub with this options: Home Theater Profile, 1-pass (1300 bitrate), Insane Quality, Adaptive Single Consecutive, Max keyframe 300, keyframe threshold 50%, keep resolution, noise reduction 0ff, de-interlace, H.263, psychovisual enhancements off.
I put an image but sometimes there are a lot of these points!!!

Well!!!
This morning i will begin investigate my problem and VOILÀ... When i reproduce my film this points disappear!!! My conclusion is that yesterday i reproduce my video films without restart my computer (I dont understand!!) but now goes and i can see very well!!
