Hi, I was encoding an .AVI divx file to burn onto DVD with TMpegEnc.
Is there any way to pause the encoding, turn off the machine, and then restart at this point? I have one that's about 20 hours, and I don't want to keep the comp on the whole time, I would rather do it in segments. I tried 'File > Save Project' but this did nothing. Is this possible?

As indicated in the thread Baldrick linked to, use XP's hibernate function. This won't work if your input or output is on a network share.
