    Hello everyone!

I've a movie from the Internet that I can see in Windows Media Player, but I just can't save the video to my pc. I've tried "www.keepvid.com"; the "Saving Destiny As"; and I tried to save the vid by clicking in FILE, and then Save As, but It does't allow me to press the buttun.

Is there any other thing that I can use or do to record this, should I use a screen recorder (or something like that).

    Thanks in advance.

P.S. I can also open the vid with Real Player, but I don't have the program, can i save the vid with this video player?

keepvid is a referral service for youtube so here how
    use this link
    http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube.php
if you use Firefox you can add extensions like dowloadhelper or videodownloader
Oh! BTW the save file will be *.flv extension
There are quite a few topics on *.flv's here

Hmm? Keepvid and Javimoya's VideoDownloader site are basically the same thing, as far as I know. I even just loaded both up in separate Firefox tabs, and they still basically look the same. Here's what Keepvid posted about Javimoya's site, originally.

The fact that the OP has the video loading in Media Player from the net implies that it's a WMV/ASF stream, not an FLV. Probably from an mms: URL. The thread mentioned above can help with downloading the stream. Also, SUPER and VLC can import the stream as well, provided you have the URL.

WMP is a playing software, not a filetype. What are the last three letters in the filename after the . ? (the file extension)
    If in doubt, Google it.
