    I got some turkey legs and breast in a brine ready to be smoked on turkey day.

    Pickled eggs are just right, I'll Devil a few and a few plain eggs too.

    A little chunk of ham.

    A salmon steak to smoke for some crackers and cheese (My Ol'lady will drink the wine, I don't touch the vineger that she likes)

    Sour cream, cucumber and onion salad. (Any one know what the name of that dish is? Greek, Polish? anybody?)

    I may make some peirogi, but I can take two cups of flower and have the whole house looking like a flour bomb went off. Maybe I'll skip them and save the wife some house cleaning

    Some shrimp to snack on...
    Damn I got the munchies, time to raid the olives!
    IS IT SUPPOSED TO SMOKE LIKE THAT?
