XviD MPEG-4 decoder problem

I ripped from DVD with Xilisoft to AVI. Codec used XviD MPEG-4 decoder, but when I export from virtualDUB(after editing), it says" AVI file is broken, do you want to fix?" I clicked YES, then it processed to fix, but I can't encode it in flash 8 video encoder.

Here is snapshot from G3. How can I FIX Xvid MPEG-4 decoder??
