A number of years ago I made an SVCD using Pinacle studio 8.
The only remaining copy is getting worn so I would like to generate a couple fresh copies whithout loosing any part. IE intro, menu etc....
Will this be possible ?
Allso my new machine arrives in a week and I will finally have a DVD read write device. And chance of converting it to DVD ?

Yes and Yes.
A program like Clone CD can do it easily. The trial version is good for 21 days.
You can convert it to DVD with a program like ConvertXToDVD or SVCD2DVD, but it will likely remain the same size and you will end up with a lot of extra space on the DVD. This is fine if your player won't play SVCDs, but otherwise kind of a waste with just a single disc conversion.
