Hi all Is there any proggram for ADSL TV viewing and captuering

I totally do not understand this question? Are you talking about capturing streaming video? If so, it depends on the format.

It's probably digital IPTV using the adsl internet connection.
I have seen that you can play and record the tv streams with VLC using some iptv services like the swedish bbb iptv.
You can also do analog capturing from the box. -

I use SDP MultiMedia for this. A great program for capturing internet TV broadcasts.
IPTV is a total different beast from what I know. But I believe he refers to typical Internet TV broadcasts -
In europe you can get your regular tv stations over the internet with a proggram
that will decode them and it is this proggram that I'm looking for.
