this happened twice. I used the adobe media encoder from premiere pro 1.5 and made 2 MPEG-2 files that I burned to DVD using Nero. File # 1 is 1.48 Gigs and the second is 1.18 gigs. This leaves plenty of room to spare on the DVD, however, Nero ends up cutting them both short! Anything I'm doing wrong? I have Nero 7 Ultra edition. Thanks

You need to provide a bit more info. By Nero do you mean NeroVision?

I would try author with something else like Tmpgenc DVD Author! or DVD-lab or Ulead DVD Workshop.
