When i try to install something on some pcs it says i need to have permissions etc to install them even if i install ito n my own foldero n the desktop not in program files.
There must be a way past this!
How do i do it?
The security settings are set to a ridiculously high level.

You will need to log in as administrator to install the program. Some programs might install with a limited account, but not all. Hopefully no programs will install with a guest account but I don't know. Can you log on as administrator (switch users or log off and log into that account).
There are ways around all that but I'm not going to tell how. lol You don't need the heat.
Just joking
Good luck
