    I have a Dell Inspiron with a Sony DVD+ RW DW D56A. Recently I had been using DVD Shrink 3.2 and DVD Decrypter with no problems for about a month. Now for some reason the drive is no longer acknowledging any blank DVD media for any reason. Any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Sounds like the drive has failed. Disc recognition is a hardware issue within the drive itself.
