I'm burning an SVCD with VCDEasy - nothing fancy, only one MPG, and when I run WinDVD 3 it recognizes the disk and begins to play it, but it shows that the disk is VCD 1.1!

If somebody had same problem please help to fix it. The disk plays fine in Pioneer DV-440. I probably made some mistake because sample NTSC svcd BIN/CUE from vcdhelp.com I burned with CDRDAO is recognized as SVCD by WinDVD.

And one more thing. When I create BIN/CUE with VCDImagerGUI (or just with VCDImager command line) the disk is not recognized by WinDVD at all (though I can play it in the DVD player). Command lines I used:
>vcdimager.exe --type svcd -l svcd movie.mpg
>cdrdao write -n -v 2 --speed 4 --device 1,0,0 --driver generic-mmc --eject F:\vcdtools\VCDImager\videocd.cue

What did I do wrong?
MPG is encoded with TMPGEnc if it matters.

Software versions used:
TMPGEnc 2.02.31.119
VCDImager 0.7.12
CDRDAO 1.1.5
VCDEasy 1.0.6
VCDImagerGUI 0.6

Thank you for your response!
