When I import a video-asset to Encore DVD everything looks right, but you see the problem when you add subtitles.
I really, really don't get how this can happen:

The first line of text should show at:
    00:01:38:20 to 00:01:40:13.
This works perfectly well in all of my other show-subtitles-on-video programes - but not in Encore DVD.

If I take a look in the timeline, to check at what point in time it shows the text, then it acutally shows me 00:01:38:20. But if I compare where the movie is in at 00:01:38:20 in Encore with where it is in the actual movie, it turns out that the time 00:01:38:20 in Encore is acutally 00:01:43:00 - and this, of course, destroys my entire subtitles timing.

Please help, what could possibly be the problem?

    Thanks in advance.

Hey did you ever figure out the awnser to this problem? Im having the SAME one in encore 1.5, this is what the lines look like:
00:00:56:15 00:00:58:23 and we know what's going to happen
    00:00:58:24 00:01:01:08 Somewhere there's a refinery or a
00:01:01:09 00:01:05:12 chemical worker walking past a pipe or a

and the 2nd one goes to 00:01:01:10 *EVERY SINGLE TIME* i import, this happens again randomly(2 frame shifts) through the whole hour 45 mins and i ended up FIFTEEN SECONDS off? and theres no pattern-unless i go through every one one at a time and fix it i might as well remake all 1800 subtitle lines IN ENCORE?? insanity
