    I want to create custom menu template from video scene( animation menu). and burn DVD.
    I have 10 MPEG-2 video. I want to create 10 title and put on menu.

    Is it possible with adobe premiere pro??? Do I need auhor software like encore DVD to finalize authoring DVD??? I have sonic DVDit 6.

    Premiere Pro will allow you to burn a simple DVD. However the more complex project you descibe will need Encore or similar program.
