    I try to convert from dvd to vcd with xmpeg and bbmpeg,
    I use a bitrate of 740, which is suggested by FitCD as the proper bitrate..and then I always find myself with 900 mega files!

    How can I do?

    the bitrate for vcd is 1150 always 2 cd's
