I have a rather...odd problem.. I have a video encoded in DivX (AVI) and all the peoples skin in it are blue, like Blue Man Group blue. Although all the colors are messed, it's just that Blue skin is the most...noticible..
It's the oddest thing, but it only shows up on my DivX compatible DVD player, everything looks fine on my PC.
Any thoughts on this?
Thanks for your time.

Bet you have a DVP-642. Caused by swapped chroma channels. No idea why it happens on the 642 though. If you search there are posts where people report that even re-encoding didn't help, but splitting the file did.
My advice would be to buy a different player.
