    Is there a CLI program that will allow me to add perm. subs to a video file while encodeing it to x264? Thanks

    mencoder or if you use AVISynth; x264 itself. Two pass appears to be broken in current mencoder code though. Works ok, but crashes at the end of each pass which would screw up automation.
