    It'd be fairly easy to do yourself in BluffTitler. You may have to experiment a little bit, but I reckon it's do-able...

    It depends on what you've already got it the way of clips and what formats they're in.

    @ BJ_M: How would you approach this?

    Here is a simple tutorial for creating the LOST logo in photoshop. It is pretty easy from there.
