    I'm just learning how to do dvd>vcd transfers and have been unable to get TMPGEnc to recognize my .d2v files. I have not been able to get the VFAPI plug-in to download from there website. I tried the FORCE FILM option as well, still to no avail. If anyone could offer any advice on what I might be doing wrong, I would GREATLY appreciate the help

    TMPG can not recognize the .d2v without the vfp plugin.

    Download TMPGEnc VFAPI plugin:
