Does having 2 DVD drives help with backing up movies? I assume it still has to read it down to the Hard Drive and compress everything and then write it when it's done. So woudl having a 2nd drive just mean I don't have to swap the DVDs out in between but not really help it go any faster?
What about if a movie is so small it doesn't need to be compressed at all, would DVDShrink then just copy right from one to the other or still have to go to the HDD in between?
Thanks.

It has to go to the hard drive first, once it is decrypted and shrunk (or not shrunk) then you can make disk to disk backups with something like Nero diskcopy.
