I am currently burning a lot of files on regular cd-r's.I can only get 700 mb cd's.I was wondering if its possible to burn multiple files onto dvd.One thing is i do not want to convert the files .Simply keep them the same way they were prior to burning.Just as if it was regular cd r with divx on it.My dvd i divx compatible.I just want to put more files on a disc,i know dvd discs are also double layer ,this would give me way more space.Which programs would be the best for it,also which type of dvd discs would be the most suitable??Thanks

Just burn them as data. They don't get changed, you can fit around 6 to a disc. Some older Divx compatabile machines only played avi files from CD, but most now read from DVD. Use good quality discs - see nomorecoasters.com for a list
