Looking for a current Windows binary for FFMPEG

I'm having problems (like memory leaks) with the version of FFMPEG that's distributed with the current VOB2MPG. Most sites including videohelp direct me to the sourceforge project, but I can only find CVS connections to source files. I want the latest stable Windows binary.

Thanks folks. I was able to get something quite current from those links (9/29/06).

Ultimately it didn't solve my problem. I was hoping to see a resolution to memory problems, but the latest ffmpeg doesn't even work with VOB2MPG 2.3. VOB2MPG simply completes quicker than ffmpeg could execute with the message like "0 vobsets completed", and no files are produced.
