Demuxing Audio and getting Audio error?????

I'm trying to demux my xvid file but I seem to be getting this error.

(No Audio decompressor could be found to decompress the Audio source Audio format)

I'm using VirtualDubMod and then latter I will be using Audacity to clear up the sound

try ac3decompressor.

I think thats it. Check in the tools section under codecs - I'm betting it's ac3 and you don't have a decoder setup for virtualdub.
