  1. Hi,

I'm trying to convert 2 *flv* files to DVD MPEG with either SUPER
or TOTAL VIDEO CONVERTER. Can't seem to be able to choose
a higher VBR setting than the system default in both programs. End results is always
    a VBR of about 1500 to 2000 kbits/sec even though I specified
    a higher one in Settings.

    Original files:

    Format: flv
    Duration: 00:02:43.3
    Audio: mp3, 22050 Hz, mono
    Video: flv, yuv420p, 320x239

    Any ideas?? Thanks in advance.

  2. The FLV files may have been so highly compressed that the MPEG encoders can't find enough detail to make a high bitrate file.
