    okay so i got replay av captured some stuff from youtube, but now i need to convert from .flv...


    what is best to use for this? for best results that are close or near the .flv quality, as that alone is crappy (im not sure what to use)

    SUPER does a pretty good job. You may find that you can load it into virtualdub, which means access to filters etc as well as being able to save into any format you have codecs for.
