    hey guys

whenever I edit a video using Ulead Videostudio (8 or 9 both).
and make it into either a mpeg-2 or DVD file
it always adds an extra black border around the output video.
which means it shrinks from the original video.

how do I output using Ulead VS9 without that black border? without it automatically shrinking my video and let it remain my original size?

IF that's just how VS9 does.
is there any other program like VS9 that is easy to use with all those effects and can output without the black border in the video?

    thanks.

I just realized.. it's not because of Videostudio.
that extra black border is caused by MovieStar 5 when I capture my video using Dazzle 100.

Be aware that most broadcasts are 704 x 480, so if you capture at 720, the extra pixels get filled with black. You aren't losing anything, and you won't see them on TV because they will be in the overscan area.
