    I have a friend who is getting a dr watson error that basically says unknown.

    Anyone run into this one before? She had a horrible spyware issue but Windows DEfender seems to have cleaned that up leaving only the error.

    I have little use for Dr Watson but the exact text of the error msg might be helpful.

    It is most likely referring to an attempt to load some file that has been removed.

    I'm not at the actual machine but its pretty much a generic error with an unknown module.

    I'll have to see if I can get any more info.
