I burned a 2 disc VCD movie, and the first disc will only play correctly on my computer, but when I throw it in my DVD player, it seems as if it has a "bad signal" effect where the frames keep scrolling down. This ONLY happens on that VCD in particular, the second disc works fine. Any way I can fix the cd?
