What is your intented purpose of these files? Burn them to CD audio? If so, you will need them saved as 16 bit. I know of no "good" use for 12 bit. 24 bit is "high res" audio for DVD audio and such. I hope this helps.

Yes, to be burned to audio cd. Thank for the reply 69mako, 16 bit it is.
The FLAC file is an image of an entire CD, I have the track running times, is their a simple way of saving the tracks to individual flac files, maybe by entering the length of the first track say 35 seconds and saving that then adding the length of the next track say 2 minutes and saving that and son and so forth for the album so that when I burn to cd I can choose individual tracks on my cd player?
Thanks in advance.
