Anyone know of software that can read Software to read un-finalized CDs? I'd like to burn CDR/CDRWs, but not close the session (for later burning), and still be able to read what's on the CD. Without knowing much about how CDs are formatted, it seems like it should be possible.

If I'm understanding you right, you want to burn multiple sessions on 1 CD? If thats the case most progs (i use proxio easy cd creator) let you close the session but not the CD. This way you can burn multiple sessions over a period of time. I think by its nature, CD-R's have to have each session closed so that the reader knows where it is while reading it. When the Cd iss full then you finalize the session AND the CD. Hope this is what you were asking
