    Hi,whats the cheapest good quality DVD recorder available in Europe???Any that will burn both in NTSC and PAL?Thanks

    Most manufacturers do not advertise the fact that their recorder will "record" in both PAL and NTSC.
    I have never heard of ANY that are able to record in both NTSC and PAL via the tuner.
    DVD Recorders cannot convert via burning....they can only record what signal is incoming(via any connection other than the tuner).
