downloaded dvd to vcd????

hey guys. i downloaded a dvd rip from the net. Now when i try to convert it with dvdx i can't. if i use tmpgenc i can't. It will not do the adio. it gives me a " erorr with audio " message. Is thier a way to take a dvd that has been downloaded and convert it to vcd?
please write back, or e-mail me.
i have like 3 dvd rips that i would love to get on disk.

I had the same problem, solution I used? raise your directshow to priority 1 under options-enviromental settings-vfapi plugin. I found 1(+) to be best since anything higher made encoding slower and divx playback wasnt working correctly (artifacting bad)
