I have an old concert video that is a bit shaky. Is there a program I can use to "stablize" it a bit? What I am thinking of is what I have seen law inforcement use that has a free floating window that moves around the screen that keeps one statonary point of the video in the same place.

  5. That's not the same as the MSU version, which does not seem to have a download link.

  6. I didn't realize MSH now has a deshaker filter and didn't notice Wile_E's link.

I've tried the one I linked to and it works. It's a bit cumbersome if I remember correctly.
