    I have a vcd from Kuwait. It plays black and white in my phillips DVD player. I want to know is there anything I can do fix that?

    It could be that you're watching a NTSC VCD on a PAL TV. I don't know how to fix it except for converting the VCD to PAL using e.g. TMPGEnc.
