  1. I am hoping to make more advanced motion menus. (like the ones used in Studio Pro or iDVD)

I have been doing simple, main menu, chapter lists, for awhile now. Just building them within DVD Architect.

Any help would be great. I would like to do full motion main menus, make them look more professional.

I have DVD Architect, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Encore 2 to use.

    Thanks in advance.

Do you just want motion backgrounds, or motion chapter clips as well ?

I do most of mine in Vegas, editing short clip sand transitions, using PIP (Pand and Crop) for chapters etc.

The results are authored in DLP 2.0

  3. Learn 2 apps - After Effects and Photoshop. Authoring apps have nothing to do with building motion menus unless you want to use thier canned templates which is not cool

Here's a great book to check out as well:

    jayndenver73,

Hi. The TMPGEnc DVD Authoring can set the motion chapter and motion background. When you 'edit menu theme', click the button 'Menu display settings' on top to set 'Motion menu'.

    Wish to help you.
