    Hello

I downloaded a movie for the children which descxribes itself as "xvid.avi". Played fine on my PC after I downloaded a few extra codecs. Video and sound OK.

Then I used Nero Ultra to convert it and burn to disc - fine video but no sound. Tried Ulead DVD Workshop 2 - same result. So, after googling around a bit I settled on trying Avi2Dvd. Great looking interface I must say but when I burned the resulting mpeg, same result.

Obviously novice user error on my part. Could someone please offer some advice on what I'm doing wrong!

    Thanks

Need more info. Use GSpot on the AVI and post a screenshot. Tried convertx2dvd or divx2dvd?

Thanks for the reply. No, I haven't tried either of those 2 apps yet.

    Here's a screenshot [I hope]

Go see this in the theater or wait for it to be released on DVD. This is stolen copyrighted material you're dealing with.
